I think you have to give up your guns to get a card in PA now too.

Though I certainly don't think it would be a good idea to get that card, if you want to purchase new guns. I am betting there will be issues. PA does a check through PICS as well as NICS. Those pot cards will for sure be on PICS databases and you will be denied.
