I've been eating apples, broccoli, grapes, avocados, carrots and oranges every day for like a month and drinking 4 cups of coffee with virgin coconut oil per day. I've heard all these lower PSAs.

Avoid anything with strawberries, like jams, yogurts, pastries, etc. I don't know if they use the same pesticides on other fruits and vegetables, but you would probably be safer to go with organic products.
