It's very similar to DHS blacklisting. One example in the OP video posted is a journalist in China who insulted someone. The court ordered him to apologize. He did, but authorities did not believe he was sincere enough so his score dropped very low. He can't fly, get a mortgage, travel, many many consequences. |
