And open carry without a permit is legal. The populace is already, in general, well armed when driving. Any out-of-staters who think that brandishing firearms is cute should think twice. yep. Let's just say that out of staters are the majority to getting pulled over on I65 and secondary roads. and yes, if someone walks up to your vehicle, at any time, you have the right to shoot. You can also open carry in all city buildings here as well.
