REPORT: Judge Amy Barrett Ruled Out as President Trump’s Next SCOTUS Nominee

President Trump will be announcing his next SCOTUS pick Monday at 9 PM EST.

This is President Trump’s second Supreme Court pick; conservative justice Neil Gorsuch was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2017.

The finalists are believed to be four federal judges: Brett Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge, Amy Coney Barrett and Thomas Hardiman, reported Fox News.

Judge Amy Barrett was spotted in South Bend, Indiana Monday afternoon rather than in D.C., so many speculated she would be out of the running.

According to sources at NBC who spoke to Judge Amy Barrett, she is currently in South Bend, Indiana and it appears she is not Trump’s final pick for his next SCOTUS nominee.

John Robters tweeted: My colleagues at @NBCNews reporting they just spoke to Judge Barrett in South Bend….so – it would appear that she is NOT the nominee. Other sources have told me she will likely get the nod “next time”
