NATO accused Russia of provocations

NATO believes that the Russian Federation conducts provocative activities at NATO's borders, including by deploying missiles in Kaliningrad, the summit statement said.

   "The security conditions in the Euro-Atlantic region are becoming less stable and predictable as a result of Russia's illegal and illegal annexation of Crimea and the continuing destabilization of the eastern part of Ukraine, the growing provocative military activities of Russia, including near the borders of NATO," the document says.

   Such activities, according to NATO, include "the deployment of modern dual-use missiles in Kaliningrad, repeated violations of the airspace of NATO countries and the continued buildup of military power in the Crimea.".
