First of all, we do assert that God the Father gave all authority in Heaven and in Earth to His Son, I Corinthians 15:24, 28.

We upon Earth are spirits in a physical body but are given earthly names. When those as born again elect and chosen believers enter into Heaven, they are each given a new name, Revelation 2:17. No flesh and blood body can enter Heaven, for all there are spiritual, or angelic beings, Matthew 22:30. As Archangel our Lord has been given authority over all angels and known among them as Michael.

At times men appeared as angels upon Earth. David was told he appeared as an angel in Heaven, and Moses who was with the Lord 40 days and 40 nights upon the mount also appeared as an angel due to the brightness of his face and had to wear a veil; also Stephen as well was seen to appear as an angel; in Exodus, the Lord appeared as an angel of light and he was the one who led the Israelites on their way to the Promised Land, Exodus 14:19.

The commas in I Thessalonians 4:16 are simply 3 descriptions of the Lord when He comes to redeem His people from off the Earth. He is Lord of Heaven and Earth, so He is announcing His right as Archangel, Heaven's highest authority; and upon Earth, the Redeemer of His people, to be Mediator between God and man, I Timothy 2:5.
