They have to pay her off so she will keep the Cops and ICE off their ass.

Absolutely true that a HUGE percentage of the LABOR used for the jobs relies on illegals. The whole construction industry in California now relies heavily on illegals who have pushed citizens out of good paying jobs because contractors use the illegals and pay them less. I was born and raised in California. I still live in L .A. County. The unions back the cheap labor political hacks like Waters because they get favors, special treatment, access to government contracts, etc
