I eat a tablespoon of hemp seeds after dinner every day, because the wife thinks it benefits health. What does it actually do?

open a second browser, type in youtube. Search and find the video you want. after it starts playing highlight the address at the top...either click and drak to highlit all of it and right click copy.

right click paste into a reply.

Then highlight the post of the youtube address, by clicking and dragging the mouse over it.

above the reply box are several things, B, i, u, S and YOUTUBE

Click om the YOUTUBE button.
It adds some stuff

It reflects you love your wife.

I put them in my yogurt and sometimes on salads.

But did you know that if you waste 10 of your karma points to remove a red, the person who gave you the red in the first place can give it to you again? Yep, they can. By removing the red karma it's like the person who gave it to you never 'spent' their karma on you (normally you can only give 1 karma to a member per week, green or red), therefore making it available for that person to give to you, again, as you continue wasting your own green karma to clean it up each time.

So don't bother. Let it sit there. The more of your own green karma that you use to continuously remove red karma will just lower your own overall karma points much faster.
