Caught this story couple of days ago and wondered how POTUS's EO regarding overhauling the US Patent Dept (many, many problems w/ this system) would come into play.
As to the text book definition of 'treason,' yeah, I can only think that maybe reason why we see no action as of yet is b/c final touches are being made on GITMO renovations.
