Yes. But freed pending his sentencing.
It's been a few months. So what's he doing now? Working a bar mixing drinks?
Quoting: Sikhed oh im sure hes under house arrest. Yep. He'll be sentenced Sept. 24. Wonder if he'll still be around for his sentencing? Thinking he might mix up one of his famous cocktails, double strength. And then lay down in a full bath tub for a "nap". You never know. He's 80 years old. Imagine facing the rest of your life in jail.
