He has pooped twice and it looked normal but it was covered with litter so hard to tell.

Thursday he went in the box...twice...but the x-ray yesterday showed him stomach was completely empty. He drank water at 3 today then at 3:30 he threw up his food. Tonight I tried giving him tuna and he only licked the juice and then the vet gave us some canned cat food but he didn't touch it. What did x-ray show for rest of intestines, stomach area? Is poop normal looking?
