Just HAD to reply to this one, WinterStone!

I read the article and apparently someone got FUNDING
for their scientific studies to test local POOP PLANTS
*(more friendly term...waste-water-treatment-facilities)
to see if there was a SPIKE in traces of drugs in the
toilet water FOLLOWING THE LAST SOLAR ECLIPSE. (They
wanted to know if people were using DRUGS during celebration
events like an eclipse.)

First..Who would FUND this kind of study must be totally anal
...but on the down side...it is just another way for the
GOVT.
to spy on our private personal leisure time.

Anyways, it is a good catch and I enjoyed reading the
article...

There is a GREAT SMILIE waiting in the wings of this
story, though...something about an OUT HOUSE and sneaky
FEMA scientists!

Thank you O's and I did find the humor in it....yet sad that there's sooooo many people that do drugs now. But any way.

Oregon interestingly had a quake and wasnt that one of the 14 states that the total Eclipse passed through 1st?..
