Two seconds of googling reveals that there were also two actresses who played the role during the show's run, not one. As far as I know, neither of them have been arrested for prostitution and the same search reveals that both made posts on social media in memory of the deceased actor who they both say they admired. Oh, and the fake news site prominently says "satire" up at the top.
