Has the US Constitution been suspended since 1933?

i think, the constitution was suspended during the civil war and then in 1871 was terminated.

After the generation of men who created the constitution were gone the corrosive anti constitution and anti liberty mind sets immediately began to undermine and weaken the constitution.
As scope and size of govt increased,the powers of the bill of rights guaranteed within the constitution decreased.
Now govt is gargantuan in size and constitutionalists are enemies of the state.
