What made you chose this location? My mother moved there a few years ago, ive visited it. People are very nice and close. Im at the point where i have no financial worries (thank god!). Im making a family and want them to expierience a good life (unlike my wife and i had growing up). Also buying a home in sioux city IA so they can also see family and have a feel of what the midwest is Floridian. Christian, Father, Hard worker and a millenial. Fuck Big Pharma! Great weather, less homeless, less crazies, lots and lots to do, primarily friendly mid-westerners here and cost of living is great. There is no $1000 impact fee as someone else mentioned. There is a fee to register your car in the state. And close proximity to D50, too. LOL |
