I do have a heart condition and they tell me that I'm at a higher risk for strokes, because of it. I'm not telling anybody else to do what I do, but this is what I do. Instead of taking coumadin or prodaxa, I take about 4,000 iu of Nattokinase every morning. If my heart is acting goofy, I take another 2 capsules later in the day. Some studies have shown that taking a low dose of antibiotics frequently will help heart/artery problems by attacking infections. I do take a keflex or doxycycline capsule when i think of it, probably not daily. I get a lot of grief from doctors because I won't do what they say. But, it's my life and my heart and I'm the decider. Be your own doctor. I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |
