1. hearings are total bs,illegal as there is no 14th amendment protections-FACT
2.CPS has no legit authority to do shyte as there are NO charges or CRIMES=FACT.
they wanna remove minor aged,COME BACK WITH A WARRANT or a signed court order /warrant to be ink signed specific to their demands--same for court orders as "cause" has to be presented to a JUDGE and as CPS is FOS and cannot produce a CRIME,they back off.
3.CPS only rants unsubstantiated bs-they ALLEGE this and that and the individual under their microscope MUST PROVE OTHERWISE --again illegal as the burden of PROOF goes to the state and at the hearing YOU WILL NEVER CONFRONT THE ACCUSER(s)
4.this guy's only hope is to puuuuush for a trial by jury which then results in a constitutional setting and CPS backing off as they don't have shit to present as charges or CRIMES.
5. obviously he has a case# and is to communicate his DEMAND for trial to theee esteemed court and be advised by his legal aid lackey on filing the motion for this.

heed what was posted the same-cps is a filthy organization that implies LEGAL AUTHORITY,intimidates frightened people into allowing them entry and removal of their kids.
NO WARRANT NO NOTHING. never.
IT is to be shut down and replaced with an authentic legal system that has policies and procedure enforced.
