The moon shining but little refers to the fact that the people involved with this particular situation are out of touch with their psychic and intuitive selves, so the moon shines very little in their lives. The moon represents the celestial body that is in charge of psychic things, so to speak. "At the gate, treachery, they will cross over," refers to the fact that this group will be somewhat like a military junta, but not exactly. (I didn't understand what she meant). He says there is a group of puppeteers or puppet-masters behind the scenes pulling the strings of the figures on stage and changing the scenery as needed. The figures on stage are the political figures in the major world capitals. The scenery changes as you go from capital to capital, but the situation is the same. He says these puppet-masters that are behind the scenes are organized together in a single organization, and they're working for their own ends. But they're very clever in disguising it. They hold positions that appear to be relatively minor, like advisors and under-secretaries and such, but are key positions for their power. And while in the capital itself, close to their employ, they seem to be good, loyal, model citizens working for the same goals as their government is supposed to be working for. But the minute they cross the gates to the outside world all that changes, and they use the information they've gained and pool it together for their organization to work for its own ends, rather than being loyal to any one particular government. "Without either foot or hand, with strong and sharp teeth" further describes these people, because they appear not to have any political maneuvering power. They have no foot or hand to push people around with. But they have strong, sharp teeth which they have sunk into everything. And they have a firm grip on everything. They are the ones who are really in control. This organization has been in existence for several generations. He says a hint to their existence is to trace the family histories of the banking powers and the money powers in the world. They're very secret and no one knows about them except the families involved. This cabal of leaders has been very slowly but surely building up a worldwide network of power because they want to take over but stay behind the scenes. At first when the Anti-Christ comes along, they feel he's just a new, dynamic, youthful leader from the Middle East they can use to help unite that part of the world and get it under their power. But the Anti-Christ ends up turning the tables on them.

J: Yes. He says this again refers to Gemini.
D: Then this all refers to the United States. The translators thought it represented two allies but it has nothing to do with that at all.
J: No. He says it actually represents two men. Don't look at your president, he doesn't have the power. There are two men who control the whole world situation right now in your time. He says one is based in New York and one is based in-he points to London on his world map. And these two men, he says, are very, very powerful. They're very well hidden, but they control most of the economy of both the known world and the third world.
D: This is not known to the average person.
J: No. (Sigh) He says, "I'm giving you this information because it's important."
D: Do the governments know about these two men?
J: They control governments. He's showing me the man in New York who looks like your average business executive. He has glasses and is about 55. He has a lot of power but it's all hidden. He manipulates different agencies of the U.S. government and other countries, because he has the power to do so. The man in London is the same way. They are real men who are the hidden leaders. He says they're going to create problems, not because they want money, because they have all the money they could wish for-he's showing me tons of gold but because they want power and control. He says these are the men who will set the stage for the Anti-Christ.
D: Then Arab leaders aren't the only ones who will help the Anti-Christ in this way.
J: No. He says these people will take him into their organization and rapidly advance his position. He says, "In your time this might be very dangerous information, but, I believe people should know."

This sounded like Brenda's referral in Volume One to the mysterious cabal: a group of secret people who are behind the governments of the world and who have been controlling things for many generations.

J: He says these two men are the leaders of the world, but you don't know of them. You don't even know their names. The media doesn't know of them. They're kept clandestine, but they have great influence, especially on the presidents and leaders of the different world governments. In fact, they're trying to manipulate the government of the Soviet Union to bring another leader into the net.
D: It's hard to understand how they can control so much and not be known. How can they keep it out of the media?
J: He says they control part of the media and can do anything they want. Their power is enormous. He's showing me a picture of the globe with lines on it that he has drawn, and everything is tied together. These men are the movers and shakers of the world. That's what he said. (Smiling) He shows me that they are shaking the world. He says, "We believe these souls are incarnations of people who have had power in other lifetimes, and now they're making their final bid for world dominion. They're really the power behind the throne."
D: Did they have something to do with Libya?
J: He says, "Those two are the connected men that I see. They have a plan to control the world, and it's all falling into place. But, the true controller of the world will be this man." And he showed me ...
D: The one we know as the Anti-Christ?
J: Right. But he says we won't deal with him at this time (1987).
D: No, we don't want to deal with him. I certainly didn't want to take the chance of a replay of what happened the last time we looked in on his life.

As he likes the game of power and he's obsessed with power, to him, one of the ultimate power plays is to be able to manipulate power across a long span of time through the influence of his familial line. D: 'Which one is the Anti-Christ, the blue turban or the white turban?
B: Blue. The white turban refers to the great genius.
D: It says the one with the blue turban will reign for less than a revolution of Saturn.
B: He says that is very clear, why are you puzzled? He just got through explaining that the Anti-Christ is wanting to establish a rule of power for a long span of time but it will not last nearly so long as what he's wishing. It will be very temporary. He says it's like building a fire with grass, it burns up very quickly.
D: Well, they say that 29.5 years would be the revolution of Saturn.

D: I think in another quatrain he mentioned that the Anti-Christ's war would last for 27 years. (CENTURY 5-77, Chapter 14)
B: He says this man will have an effect on the history of earth and will be in the limelight, so to speak, for less than this period of time. And not for the long period of time he's aiming for.
D: Then those astrological signs will be able to give us the dates?
B: He says if one has the charts for the following millennium that will give you an idea of when the conflict will finally end and the establishment of a new world order will begin, so the great genius may come to the fore.

Another indication of the length of time the Anti-Christ would reign, so to speak.

B: 'The very evil century (mentioned in the quatrain) is the time that's coming, and includes the time leading up to it. The whole 20th century in particular, but especially since World War II, has not been particularly peaceful. So he's referring to it as evil. And the time since World War II to the end of the time of troubles will almost encompass a century itself.

I believe this means that since World War in took place in the late 1930s and early 1940s, that the end of the time of troubles would occur in the 2030s or 2040s, more or less.

B: He's emphasizing again the importance of getting these quatrains translated. He says they must be translated. The information must be present in this time line even if it's only present in manuscript form. As long as it's present in some sort of form, it's very important. He's not able to be more clear about that at this time.

P: This man seems to be in the Middle East. Nostradamus is showing me a map. I see Africa, and the Suez Canal, and then I see Saudi Arabia. That is an interesting question to myself, the reporter, because I would not have said "Saudi Arabia." However, it looks like the top part of Saudi Arabia. I don't know the countries that are there, so I can't tell you the name.
D: As you look at this figure, can you see what he is doing at this time period in the beginning of 1989?
P: I see he is conferring with many powerful people. These are not necessarily governmental people, but some are. They have much money and much power. And they also have a great deal of ego, and a strong desire to have more power and more money. These people are like a "board of directors," if you will, who meet on a regular basis with this man. They have a betword of some kind.
D: Where do you see him meeting these people?
P: In various locations. I see him travelling about by airplane. When you asked that, I immediately thought "London," and then I also thought "Buenos Aires." So obviously he flies.
D: He meets with different people with different locations?
P: They come to him in the main.
D: If they came to him, where would they meet him?
P: It seems very desert-like, almost like tents in the desert. Far from preying eyes, and newspapers, reporters. Away from anyone who would be curious enough to try to see why these people were coming here and what they were doing. He seems very worldy. He can adopt the western dress of an American businessman and walk through an airport undetected. He doesn't seem to have a job or any visible means of support, other than these rich, rich people. He seems to be taken care of by this group of people. And I might say, They're all men. I see men in suits. I have no distinct visual images, except that there are many of them.
D: Do they have a headquarters?
P: Their "headquarters" is a loose term for when they gather with this man at this place in the desert. The rest of the time these are powerful corperate leaders, business people, who have their own little empires, their own high-rise buildings, their own personal headquarters.
D: They don't have a leader among themselves.
P: They definitely give him their power. He is their leader. He has a very magnetic personality, and is very forceful. I might say he's physically attractive, which is magnetic. But he also has that charisma that make people want to come to him.
D: This is not similar to a religious type leader though. They also have a power, a charisma, over people.
P: No! He gives no credit for God or the creative source, the power of love. No, that does not exist in this realm of thinking at all.
D: Do these men look like different nationalities?
P: Yes, they are. They have the financial resources to contruct what appears to be underground cities equipped for human habitation when the surface becomes unlivable. They are building these at his request.
D: Do you have any idea where these undergorund cities are?
P: I see many of them all over the place. I see them in England and Brazil. I don't know all the names of the countries. It looks like several, maybe five or more.
