It’s about humanity receiving attacks from supernatural beings.
The use of genetic chimeras and mecha robots used to fight them.

Then there’s antártica, Adam, Lilith and how only the children or pure at heart are able to overcome the evils.

As you watch it, notice the supernatural beings have all name of angels & the evils are not the ones you may think.

It is a Japanese serie full of esoteric stuff.
