I know MSN won't carry it, but this is something that should have legs. Quoting: gamecock Because Fox and breitbart know Ny Times has strict standards and vetting for anonymous sources and don't want to look like some twitter loon Oped was probably uploaded strictly for damage control and to spin some conspiracy like this. If it was uploaded before my Times out it out, you might have something NY times and strict standards should never be used in a sentence together unless your telling a joke. Think about that. Profs are usually kinda strategic, so this probably didn't happen. (2) or unbeknownst to the professor, the essay submitted online was automatically archived to turnitin.com, and then the prof. forwarded it to nytimes.com . This seems fairly likely given what we know. (3) or the article appeared in nytimes.com, then was quickly turned by a really clueless student at USC for an essay assignment they had pending who thought he/she would get away with it. Is it (2) or (3)? This is the real question I have. (2) would be so funny! (3) sort of exonerates the nytimes. |
