looking for a new knife... rescue, flipper, frame lock, under $40?

Can’t go wrong with smith and Wesson knives. Their HRT boot knife is my personal favorite.

I understand....rescue knife is subjective , so if you want sheepfoot fully serrated blades then your choices are more limited.

i'm not 100% sure that I need serrated, however, it's cheaper to make a functional serrated, so a razor sharp plain edge might be out of my price range.

i do want sheepsfoot/blunted, flipper and framelock... i see to be having trouble finding it, so I thought I'd ask :)

I should've specified not necessarily a vehicle escape. more general purpose, cutting clothing... like the one in my OP
