Quoting: Sterling Malory Archer [link to www.amazon.com (secure)] I'm not sure I need a 4" blade. I have enjoyed my kershaw flippers/framelocks and want that style as I find it so much easier to open and close. Any suggestions on a rescue knife that won't cost too much? thanks! Can’t go wrong with smith and Wesson knives. Their HRT boot knife is my personal favorite. |

Quoting: will.b.wuz i'm not 100% sure that I need serrated, however, it's cheaper to make a functional serrated, so a razor sharp plain edge might be out of my price range. i do want sheepsfoot/blunted, flipper and framelock... i see to be having trouble finding it, so I thought I'd ask :) |

I should've specified not necessarily a vehicle escape. more general purpose, cutting clothing... like the one in my OP The one you linked wouldn't work because of the knife tip, too stabby. Looking for blunted/sheepsfoot |
