Its hard to shine today. I got a toothache cause my filling losen up and I can't switch a/c on cause the pain gets even stronger then.

Do you have any Ibuprofen, Yanez? If not, it is easily available over the counter at any pharmacy. Take 200mg (or 400mg if the pain is severe) every 4-6 hours.

That helped me A LOT before I saw my dentist.

I don't have anything at work, I'll wait to come home. I got some painkillers then tomorrow straight to dentist.

I was thinking of this song last night for some reason.

Find some spirit - alcohol and try to keep it on the area of the tooth for a while (you could drink it afterward if you wouldn't be at work).
Very cold water could also work in some cases but not in all of them. It hurts badly in the beginning but after a while it puts the tooth nerve to sleepy mood and the pain cease.
Alcohol does it faster though and works in almost all cases.

Another method would be to find a hammer and knock strongly one of your knees with it.
The knee pain would make you forget the tooth pain

Find someone with gabapentin. Shouldn't be hard, every other person is on it these days. Take 1-3 300mg tabs daily. It will deaden the nerves and trick your brain into feeling no pain.

Take 400mg ibuprofen with 500mg Acetaminophen ( Tylenol extra strength)
for better pain relief. Together they work synergistically for better pain relief.:)

Doesn't work for tooth pain. If you take it long term, worse to get off than opiates.
