Possible YouTube channel of serial killer dropping cryptic clues/Deeper Channel- Updated

Side note: After much digging around and examining the videos, I don't believe this to be an ARG or fake. I could be wrong. I have two theories. First, a lot of this footage is older and surrounding actual crimes. Enough time has passed for this person to be emboldened to post them. These type of people seem to be like addicts and they possibly have relapsed and killed some women recently. I am still working on details of the second theory and may even have a name to associate with these videos. I am investigating a lead. I will update.

I came across this channel on YouTube earlier. These are weird cryptic videos of what appears to be blood in some, barrels of acid, outdoors scenes presumably where some crimes took place, a shot of a woman's hands in handcuffs spliced in one, and a Dexter looking basement in a bunch of them. In one video, a barrel of acid is seen moving. They all have cryptic codes, symbols, and Morse code/SPEC. When these are deciphered, they are names of cold case victims of girls in CO. This is some of the most disturbing stuff I have come across. I will post some of the videos and links to some of the victims alluded to. Read the video comments to see the codes cracked.

On the ones with scenes spliced in, change the playback speed to 0.25x to catch it. Go to the actual channel. I believe there are 35 videos total with the newest one being two months ago. The music in most is Daniel Johnston and Boards of Canada. I love BoC but their music will be tarnished for me after these videos. The outdoor scenes look to be in CO.
