Truth:

It's nothing. Theta is Scientology jargon for what psychiatry calls the 'Blank Slate' state-of-mind.

It means you are entered into a state of total receptivity and become highly programmable.

It's thus called 'Clear' because you have supposedly rid yourself (or suppressed) of 'engrams', emotional blocks that act as psychological inhibitors.

You do not want to be in this state of mind under the power of either a hypnotist (same thing), or a Scientology cultist, and you most definitely do not want to be under the influence of a psychiatrist in this state-of-mind.

In other words, 'Theta' is the blank state of psyche wherein another individual can write information and programs onto your mental 'canvas', like an artist or magician.

It's a confidence trick.

could make you tired confused and disorientated. But then again so does sleep.

How about learning remote viewing first, its a lot safer and easier.
