When lawlessness abounds! Society breakdown coming to Boston soon if this Democratic primary winner wins the November election.
This could be your neighborhood next!

“Before Rachael Rollins prevailed in the Democratic primary for the Suffolk County district attorney’s office, her list of 15 crimes assistant district attorneys would not commonly prosecute gained scant notice in the news media.
But after the upset victory in which she garnered 39 percent of the vote in a five-way race, that list has drawn fire from police, conservative columnists and some defense attorneys.”

These are her 15 crimes that she would not commonly prosecute(<50% of page):
• Trespassing
• Shoplifting…
• Larceny under $250
• Disorderly conduct
• Disturbing the peace
• Receiving stolen property
• Minor driving offenses….
• Breaking and entering — where it is into a vacant property or where it is for the purpose of sleeping or seeking refuge from the cold and there is no actual damage to property
• Wanton or malicious destruction of property
• Threats – excluding domestic violence
• Minor in possession of alcohol
• Drug possession
• Drug possession with intent to distribute
• A stand alone resisting arrest charge…
• A resisting arrest charge combined with only charges that all fall under the list of charges to decline to prosecute…

So when someone breaks into your property, that you are not vacating at the time, they can steal from you as long as it under $250.00.
They can possess drugs and distribute from your property. They can threaten you as long as you are not their domestic partner and
just tell the police they were cold or needed to catch a snooze. And if the police don’t buy it they can resist arrest and threaten them too.

“Suffolk District Attorney candidate Mike Maloney said his opponent’s “decline to prosecute” list of 15 crimes she won’t touch is “crazy” and could prove to be “dangerous for the community.”
He said Democrat Rachael Rollins’ hands-off list of offenses fails to take into account the victims of those crimes.”

Last night, when I heard about this story it saddened me to think of how lawless this society is really becoming. If things like these crazy decline to prosecute items starts becoming the normal, it will be harder and harder to protect yourself.

I prayed and asked God how are we supposed to function in a society that is becoming more and more lawless and he led me to Psalm 91.

1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”
3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the
fowler and from the perilous pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;...

When the law will not protect you anymore, you have to turn somewhere and God will be there to protect you if you put your trust in Him.

This is bad on so many levels. It's giving a green flag to criminals. You can steal and nothing will happen just as long as you keep it under $250.00! What about poor people that $250.00 means a lot too or merchants who have to deal with shoplifters having an open season.

Then there is the youth who can be caught with alcohol or drugs and nothing will happen. I can go on and on.

Every store near shitty areas would go out of business quickly. Then they start to spread outward like a virus. Rather like immigration today.

True, it's insane.

I've seen crazy videos of flashmobs going on shoplifting rampages and cleaning out entire stores. If she isn't going to prosecute these types of crimes, it will be open season.

Also criminals learn what they can get away with very quickly, and they'll exploit every loophole.

And they can break in your home as long as you are not staying in it at the time. What could go wrong there???
