FOX NEWS ALERT: FBI Completes Investigation of Alleged Sexual Assault by Judge Brett Kavanagh Following Interview with Accuser.
Fox News obtained a copy of the following leaked transcript of an FBI interview with Brett Kavanagh accuser Christine Blasey Ford this morning:
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Good morning Ms. Ford. I have been directed by the White House to take your statement as to the incident that you are saying occurred between you and Judge Kavanagh. We take sexual assaults very serious here at the FBI so we want to make sure your claim is thoroughly investigated. So on what date did the alleged assault occur?"
Ms. Ford: "I don't remember."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Well approximately when did it occur? What week or month?"
Ms. Ford: "I don't remember."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Well what exactly do you remember?"
Ms. Ford: "I remember it occurred 32-36 years ago sometime between 1982 and 1986."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So you don't know what year?
Ms. Ford: "Well I told my therapist in 2012 the assault occurred in the mid-1980's when I was in my late teens but now I am thinking it was in 1982 when I was 15 when Judge Kavanagh was attending a nearby high school."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So you reported Kavanagh assaulted you six years ago?"
Ms. Ford: "No, I just told her that four boys assaulted me but that I couldn't remember their names."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So when exactly did you remember that Kavanagh assaulted you?"
Ms. Ford: "In July of this year when President Trump nominated him to be the next US Supreme Court Justice."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Interesting and you say there were three other assailants?"
Ms. Ford: "Well that's what I told my therapist but now I think there was only one other one."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "And where was the location of the assault?"
Ms. Ford: "At a party where we both had lots of alcohol."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "And where did this party occur?"
Ms. Ford: "I don't remember."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "You don't remember the home or address?"
Ms. Ford: "No I don't."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Do you remember what neighborhood it happened in?"
Ms. Ford: "No."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Can you tell me what city it happened in?"
Ms. Ford: "I don't remember."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So how many witnesses do you have that attended the party where you were assaulted?"
Ms. Ford: "I don't have any."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Not even one?"
Ms. Ford: "No."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Do you have any evidence of the alleged assault, even if circumstantial?"
Ms. Ford: "No."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "What would you say your political affiliation is?"
Ms. Ford: "I am a Democrat socialist, feminist professor and a proud member of the '#MeToo' and 'Resist Trump movements.'
Unnamed FBI Agent: "I see. So has your political bias against the President impacted your decision to go public with this accusation mere days before he was scheduled to be confirmed?"
Ms. Ford: "Not at all. The timing of my allegation going public at the perfect time to attempt to blow up his nomination after all of the hearings have been completed in an attempt to delay the nomination until next year when the Democrats hope to take control of both houses of Congress is nothing but coincidence."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So I understand you were reluctant to have your allegations go public?"
Ms. Ford: "Yes very reluctant."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Is that why you contacted the Washington Post in July to try to get them to interview you and publish them on the front page of their newspaper?"
Ms. Ford: "No. I told them I wanted them to keep my story a secret."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So after the newspaper refused to publish your story, you contacted Senator Feinstein, the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee later that same month?"
Ms. Ford: "Yes."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "What did you tell Senator Feinstein at the time you sent her the letter relating the alleged assault?"
Ms. Ford: "I told her I wanted her to keep it a secret unless it was absolutely necessary to share it."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Absolutely necessary to torpedo Judge Kavanagh's Supreme Court nomination?"
Ms. Ford: "Correct."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "So why didn't you report the allegation when Judge Kavanagh was appointed to serve in the White House under President George W. Bush or when he was appointed as a federal judge in 2006? Why did you wait until now to report it?"
Ms. Ford: "Because I didn't remember he assaulted me until President Trump nominated him to the Supreme Court where he could potentially vote to reverse Roe v. Wade and take away my right to choose to remove fetal tissue from my body."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Don't you mean terminate the life of your unborn child in an abortion?"
Ms. Ford: "No fetal tissue that is just a clump of lifeless cells. It's not a human being until it is born and goes through the birth canal."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "O.K. So I am trying to understand why you don't seem to recall any of the details as to what date or location you were assaulted."
Ms. Ford: "Because I was too drunk to remember."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Got it. Thank you for your time Ms. Ford. We will be in touch."
Ms. Ford: "So when do you think the FBI investigation of my assault will be completed? I told the Senate Judiciary Chairman I would not testify until it was completed."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "As soon as I finish my written report this evening. There is nothing left to investigate. You have been unable to identify the approximate location of the assault or even the city and seem uncertain even as to what year it occurred. You have no witnesses who can corroborate your allegations and have no evidence at all to speak of that the assault occurred. Also, even if you're allegations were credible, given the details you provided of the alleged assault, no federal crime was committed."
Ms. Ford: "But my attorney said on CNN that it is not my responsibility to provide any evidence that a crime was committed. She said that was your job to investigate and find evidence!"
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Actually it's not."
Ms. Ford: "But then I will have to testify under oath at the Senate hearing on September 24th!"
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Yes, is that a problem for you?"
Ms. Ford: "Yes, it's a problem because I don't remember many of the details of my assault and I don't want to perjure myself."
Unnamed FBI Agent: "Well then you might not want to testify. Goodbye Ms. Ford."
And in the end
The love you take
Is equal to the love you make.
