They were apparently Thai water company workers who had been trapped for 24 hours, possibly longer. But they were never reported missing. Quoting: PopeyeMan This makes no sense. The search began on the 23rd and these four men were found on the 28th. That cave must have had so much attention focused on it. There's no way those men entered that cave between the 23rd and the 28th without nobody noticing. And why did the Thai water company not come forward to say 'Hey, that cave the entire world is talking about is where we sent some of our men'? Were these men traffickers? Is this what Elon Musk's accusations about paedophiles is all about? [link to darknessbelow.co.uk (secure)] Oh, come on! Thai water company workers are hardly likely to be involved in child trafficking, particularly whilst the world's media and the Thai government's police are focussed on the cave tunnels. The water company did not report them missing because - like most businesses - they would not have wanted any adverse publicity. What makes you think no one noticed the men going into the cave? What was crucial was that - in all the confusion and chaos surrounding the rescue - no one noticed that they had not come out. This is just pathetic clutching at straws in order to let Musk off the hook he has hung himself on. Last Edited by Superstrings R' Us on 09/28/2018 07:58 AM |

This is just pathetic clutching at straws in order to let Musk off the hook he has hung himself on. Everybody needs a day job to keep up appearances. But there's also the chance they're lying about working for the water company. As for them doing it during the rescue, are you dense? Why would they try trafficking children who are about to be rescued? I call BS on the claim they were only in the cave for 24 hours. I say those men went in around the same time as the kids. When things started going wrong the men decided to save their own skins and try to escape. Leaving the kids to fend for themselves with their coach. The rescue team find them on their way out. Adverse publicity? They'd potentially let 4 men die to avoid bad publicity? Sure. Because this was a big rescue mission with the world's eyes all watching. If anyone had noticed a group of men entering the caves they would have reported it or told them to stay out. Let's also question why the water company and the men never checked to see if they would be in danger or in the way of the rescue mission. I mean that would be the sensible thing to do. Call up the rescue operation and say "We've got a team scheduled to go into that cave. Will they be safe? We wouldn't want them to hamper any mission to save a group of kids." But they said nothing? Bullshit. I seriously doubt there was any confusion or chaos surrounding the rescue. This was a planned operation with highly skilled individuals to save the lives of children. Not the time for confusion and chaos. Last Edited by PopeyeMan on 09/28/2018 08:20 AM Popeye |

That's for sure. |

(OP) User ID: 76981114 United Kingdom 09/28/2018 10:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It gets even more bizarre. [link to www.tampabay.com (secure)] The four men found were actually part of a group. The rest of the party managed to escape the flooded cave. Of the four men left behind one was the president of the Thai water association. The friggin PRESIDENT?! Let's break this down. - The president of the water association decided to take a group of his workers into the cave to try and save the children. - None of them had any diving experience. - None of them informed the police or the rescue mission what they were doing - They had taken enough food and supplies for a month(!) - The workers who got out didn't raise the alarm that their colleagues were also trapped in the cave Three days went by and the Thai water association didn't feel it necessary to report their own President was missing? Three days went by and the workers who got out said nothing. Their families? Nothing. Fuck off. Popeye |
