I think you'll find it both effective and useful! ;)

I heard about it and read about it some months ago. Do you have a good introduction somewhere?

Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona revised Ho'opnpono for the West. It's actually a way of life but she and other kauna's were warned about the West. One of her students is Hew Len (who has recently retired). Morrnah was his spiritual teacher and she had him get a Ph.D. in psychology. He has done wonderous things. Here is a playlist of the only long interview of him that I know of. He prefers to stay out of the public eye. He talks about bringing subconscious data to zero point.

Thank you Eductor. I watched these when I was first introduced to the practice many moons ago. Hopefully, others will resonate with it. It really has been a paradigm changing practice for me over the years. I practice it with myself, my environment, animals, the stars,...anything and everything, really.

Nice to see you post. :)

Thanks! :)

Yep, same here. It's a great intro. and since Morrnah is the one that felt compelled to bring it to the West, I thought it appropriate to go back to the roots of it for anyone looking into it. (Told you, Tony, that I research whatever I get into :)!!!)

The kauna's aren't the only "tribal spiritual teachers" that knew the West was rising. This African shaman was also sent to the West by his tribes' spiritual teacher. His contribution has been to help those with schizophrenia which is actually a manifestation of a tribal shaman and/or medium. He has been able to take some of them back to his village to help them. Btw, his name, Malidoma, means to make friends with strangers. He got his Ph.D., too.
