I don't think lightning will change your home earth currents much unless it strikes the ground directly where you are. Soil resistance very high. Suspended utility power lines grounded at transformer on utility pole. Home service head strike grounded at entrance to home. Interior strike on home wiring system less common.

Don't use system during electrical storms. If a lighting strike on your property or home can get to your interior wiring and damage your TV or other electrical appliance just by being plugged in to a grounded path, it can damage you for just being plugged in to that same grounded path. Apply common sense.

Thank you so much for your thread. It could not have come at a better time. I am in so much pain (I think a trapped nerve - I see an osteopath next week) The physio at the hospital has just told me I can take up to 8 paracetamol a day and they are not addictive. She says it is arthritis in my shoulder, but can't explain why the awful pain is in my right shoulder but the X rays show the worst shoulder is the left hand side and that arm doesn't hurt.

I use turmeric and black pepper daily. It really helps with inflammation and can act as a potentiator for some other things. Kratom, tianeptine, most opiates. If you have to take painkillers a dose of turmeric and black pepper an hour beforehand will allow most people to achieve relief at half or less the dosage without the turmeric and black pepper. Will even prolong the effects of some meds. Do your research.

Everytime we remove a foot from the ground we spike positive.

Everytime we put foot down we spike negative.

Walking cycles charges.

To maximize effect, walk in place on the mat. That will "pump" the bodies natural charges to healthy levels.

Having ground helps but it is the act of our feet cycling contact that pumps up our charge.

I caught the experts on both sides disagreeing about a lot. One electrical engineer disagreeing with another about whether or not it works. That disagreement is always a sign that NEITHER side knows what is truly going on both in their native field of electricity AND in the design and physics of earthing devices.

At the end of the day the science behind it is anecdotal (one person's personal testimony compared to another) with the actual "science" both jumping on board and derailing. A very strange narrative indeed.

It works for me. Whether or not it will work for anyone else is...well...anecdotal!

However, it is definitely not a placebo effect. Placebo effects don't come with "added symptomology" that usually attends the pathway to healing from a chronic condition to well being.

I will admit that the air is polluted with power, low and RF manmade radiation and the electrical ground may be passing dirty electrical currents so the ideal situation is to plant a 10 foot copper rod in the middle of a rural "nowhere" far from power lines and cell towers, feed a floating shielded cable from there to the homestead and then plug in the earthing units. But not everyone can do that practically or economically.

So at best the system is a 50/50 proposition depending on where you live, how the system is all set up and your particular chronic condition.

In another area the same system might not work for me or might work ten times better than it does for me already.

I will be monitoring the engineering details by enterprising believers who can iron out all the problems.

But for now don't believe either side of the argument. Use your own common sense and experiment safely.

Simply standing on the earth with bare feet is not a "device". However yes, you can use or make a very simple device to being grounding indoors.

I bought myself a pair of five-finger shoes last week. I tested them today the first time and did a walk trough nature with them

I never felt so alive and energized. I even crossed a river with them...

My friend used theses during a 3 day hike through the alps. He was afraid to get hurting knees. he once changed to is normal shoes for the descend and got pains, he reverted to his five-fingers - pain gone!

You still have a protective layer agains rocks but feel much more connected to the ground you're walking. I can only recommend to try it yoourself!

All nice and all but we dont all live in florida. Its almost winter here. Nature will kill you if u go barefoot.

Hey GLP, I'm the person that posted the original thread on this subject a few days ago called "You guys need to see this!. I've done some additional research on this subject and would like to recommend this video. The documentary is amazing! The town of Haines, Alaska did grounding and the stories they share are amazing. Even a wheelchair bound paraplegic was able to walk after several months of grounding. There's some great info here, and it's a fun documentary to watch.



In addition, I also decided that for me this would work best and be the cheapest way to go, being that winter is coming and I won't be able to stand outside in bare feet.

Those of us allergic the N SAIDS cannot use circumin in quantity... it IS an NSAID. Tried it and found out I get the same reaction as to NSAIDS.

Change the Ph of your skin and internals by slowly introducing baking soda in your diet and weening off acidic foods and drinks, food and drinks that produce more acidity, and eating more so that your body need more acid to break it down. It should go away.

If you got healing it's because you had faith that you would be healed. Of course a sugar pill can't heal anyone but the Spirit of God does. Of course touching metal doesn't heal anyone but the Spirit of God does.

There's a ton of positivity with this. Many, many people have benefitted from this. Anecdotal? Nope. Evidence based medicine.

I need to build a pad for computer. My daughter and I go barefoot a lot, but winter is indeed coming, so that doesn't work very well for me, as I have Raynaud's. And I would NOT mind more healing for the joints and the body in general.

Hooking up your body to your house electricity grounding or piping is a terrible idea.... household devices leak electricity which will flow through your body. The resistor must be at least 1M - 100M and not 10k.

You must create a special pipe not connected to piping, hammer it 20 inches down in wet soil.

i have on my mattress like sheet over- part of it -which is connected with mattress through zipper, and in it are some elecro magnetic shielding thread/lines...

Grounding is the real deal. Earthing.com and many other places have tons of indoor grounding products, which all have 1 megohm resistors built-in for safety in the 1 in a billion case of lightning strike. The best way is to walk barefoot on wet grass or sand for at leats 45 minutes a few times a week, the more the better. for ground-in plug, i will use copper wire, some 35 cm long...
it has plastic over it....
should i remove plastic from it or is it ok to remove it only on connecting side and side that goes into ground?...
how thick should wire that goes from mattress to the ground be?...
can i use, do not have other now till monday, wire that is from net cable, it is only maybe 2mm thick?...copper in side..

Can you drive a metal rod into the ground outside? Then affix a wire of copper to that?

If you don't know how to do it, I suggest you don't plug into the ground on the outlets in your house. You could really endanger yourself if you don't know how to do it properly.

I just drove a 1/2 steel rod into the ground about 28 inches and attached a 12 gauge solid copper wire to aluminum tape laid in a ladder pattern in an old towel and checked continuity. Need to check the voltage still. But this wire is super stiff, so if I feel better from it, I am going to have make something a bit more permanent and pliable.
