Made myself a grounding pad for my feet when I'm at my computer, a few days ago

First stepping on to it, i definitely felt a shift in ... I dont know

Made a grounding strip for my bed, where my legs would come into contact

I've been having bad knee inflammation since mothers day, from an old ACL reconstruction.

Inflammation is greatly reduced last couple of days

Coincidence? Maybe

Anecdotal? Yes

Is my knee almost fully functional since grounding? Absolutely
