I'm going to get two of those custom earth grounding kits; one a grounded floor mat for use when I'm sitting in front of my computer, the other a grounded full width pad for my bed.

I will use electrical ground lug in electrical receptacle to "plug" the custom unit into.

Here's what I will do:

1) make sure chosen electric receptacle is LESS THAN 10 feet from outlet so attached cable won't act like an antenna picking up stray RF or power fields

2) test receptacle for proper wiring AND proper ground (ground tester comes with kit)

3) AFTER successful ground receptacle test permanently REMOVE fuse to THAT receptacle to eliminate both live and ground voltages and stray electrical fields in electrical wiring system from negatively affecting safety and grounding benefits. Note that grounded lug is always connected to ground of house wiring and does not run through fuse. Also if ground fault exists in any other receptable than the one I chose to use, it will only cause a current in that receptacle's ground wire and the main ground bus and not affect the ground wire in the chosen receptacle. Additionally any ground fault in another receptable will cause that fuse to blow anyway. Finally, kit comes with a 10K resister inline with cable so any voltage fault will drop across that resistor instead of you. At most only 12 milliamps of AC current could flow through that resistor in a completely faulty 120VAC system - shocking but not deadly

4) setup and plug in unit and ground my bare skin (feet while sitting; entire exposed body while sleeping - bare flesh must always be in contact with conductive grounded mat surface) for several hours a day EVERY day (some research suggests nothing significant happens until several hours or days of grounding have passed; other research suggests that complete improvement in health and elimination of chronic pain can take months or years to settle in)

5) remember to follow up with a healthy diet, lifestyle, and environment - the rest of your life - or all bets are off (IE, the system will only be removing the damage to your body for the days you fail to heed that advice)

HOW I MADE MY OWN DEVICE BEFORE I BUY THE CUSTOM KITS:

I took a 20 foot cable I had that was terminated at each end with a 1/4 inch phono plug. I then tested it for continuity using a meter. I then used fine sandpaper to deoxidize the outer shells of the phono plugs.

I then used the sandpaper on the toilet water pipe.

I wrapped pure steel wool (not soap pads) around the phono plug at one end of the cable (to make odd shaped phono plug jacket electrically compatible with round toilet water pipe jacket) and secured the wool along one narrow vertical strip using duct tape. I then wrapped the untaped side of the woolly plug TIGHTLY around the toilet water pipe using more duct tape.

I then tested the electrical conductivity of the setup thus far from the toilet water pipe to the far end of the cable that was not attached to anything yet.

I then crinkled some tinfoil around the far end phono plug and duct taped that end to a long flat sheet of tinfoil and tested the continuity of the whole system again.

Voila! Feet on tinfoil pad when sitting; pad on mattress in bedroom with feet on pad when sleeping.

Unit very flimsy but it works. Of course I am now almost ready to buy the real thing.
