Pretty much this ^^^. I'm on old gal who at the age of 12 started wondering about other world religions and belief systems. That was way before the innerweb so I had to rely on my local library, used book shops, etc. And I studied Wiccan belief system, realizing that is was further broken down into categories. Just like other major religious faiths.

The thing to remember folks is simple....w/in every religion, every organization, every group, etc. despite the mission of good will and helping humanity there will ALWAYS be those who do evil shit.

What dark path would that be? I would think I am just following my ancestors. I come from a line of witches, this is not something I just woke up one day and said I think I will be a witch. No...there are witches on my mom's side going all the way back to Sicily. And magic is prevalent on my dads side as well.

My gifts came at a young age, then I wished them away, they went away for a little bit, but came back full force and then some. I think I was just meant to go through it alone. At times I crave those women who know what I go through, and I also crave guidance at times, but I've managed to navigate all of this on my own. I guess that is what I was meant to do.
