I mean, would people with a fear of God use this? Not if they believed they had to give an account for their actions. And Wouldn't it make sense that this technology is intended to a) harass or b)subconsciously manipulate? (Based on their given purposes for the individual) Therefore, wouldn't it make sense that to harass, the tech would be able to access subvocal utterances/evoked potentials to make the harassment fitting for the individual? I.e. if I'm a religious white woman, using racial slurs or threatening a career I don't care about probably isn't the way to mentally torment me...but harassing my faith is.. It's silly to say the technology is unable to do this. Look at all the patents regarding subvocal technology, subliminal messaging, p300 brainwave recognition, remote neural monitoring, etc etc. |
