Is this house haunted?

So I'm looking to move out, so recently I went with a realtor to this location, I loved the place, but what was creepy was the whole house was empty of furniture, clothes, ect, but there was this scary looking doll randomly laying on the hardwood floor in the master bedroom.. very old looking doll, and very out of place.

Even the realtor took a picture because it was so random, the vibe in the house was kind of dark, and had a weird smell now that I think about it, very cold, and doesn't seem like people have been in there in awhile, and it was very cheap for the area where its located, and it was pretty updated with new appliances...

even walking into the entrance of the door, you would have to swipe branches out of the way to get door, meaning no one has been taking care of the landscape for awhile.
