1. Claims Christ but denies obvious biblical tenets

That was funny. To me it was similar to the word-smithing that George Carlin was famous for. He pointed out differences in perspective which is funny. Like you said, you don't know you're in a cult until you see it on Netflix. Classic.

See, it’s absolutely possible to be a Christian and enjoyed this joke at the same time I know because my mother enjoys this joke and she really doesn’t like anyone talking about Christianity especially her own son but I guess it puts things in a different light when she sees how many people I make smile and laugh and enjoy their evenings. Every show I’ve ever done I’ve never not been surprised and in all of how comedy has the power to bring together strangers from all different races and backgrounds and socioeconomic status is into one group and how it allows all those people to get on the same page and see things to the same eyes at the same time.
