Yeah when you do 1000 free sets over 5 years to make a product that you give away for free, I think it’s totally fine to try and make a couple fractions of a penny for all the hard work. Maybe that’s just me though. I’m sure you would do your job for free for 5 years and not except any money in return too. Because that makes total sense lol

It's really simple. Just avoid anything having to do with religion at all and don't waste any time energy or money on any type of religion at all whether it's a perceived regular church or a cult, stay away from all of it. Unless you like wasting your time and spending your money on total bullshit. It's smarter to buy lottery tickets even, than to get involved in religion.

The comedy channel on the radio is only listened to by men who are divorced and depressed. I don't think they really listen to the skits, they just want to hear another human voice.

Hi OP, i submit this for you to research, you will find plenty of material to stand up about.

Its time to be frank with fellow believers who care, and check the scriptures.
Are the majority of churches and believers engaged in a lack of knowledge, believing otherwise.

The Scriptures written after the Lords glorification, commonly known as the new testament, and in their(new testament) quotation of scripture written(commonly called old testament) prior to His incarnation/birth, and especially quotations from Him, are quotations from the LXX and the works in Hebrew that the LXX/greek Septuagint was translated from.

There are huge differences between the LXX and the masoretic text(compiled and restructured by the scribes and pharisees).
The differences are so significant that most believers are not going to want to believe they are deceived/confused etc about many key (old testament passages), Lord have mercy and open all too Him and His truth, to at least examine the differences, and there are thousands of them.

The Lord YAHshua/Jesus reserved his harshest language and approbation/condemnation/judgement for the scribes and pharisees in His public and private interaction with them, and wasn't just for their sakes that He spoke too them this way to wake them and us up, he knew what they were doing, going to do, and that it would deceive and confuse multitudes down to the present time.

The scribes and pharisees/rabbis rewrote the Hebrew scriptures, carefully at the council of jamia after they were forced out of Jerusalem by the Romans, and after that proceeded too destroy every copy of the originals they were defacing and did this systematically for centuries, leading to the current small number of such original left, and the massive number of masoretic texts in synagogues today.

Then when Jerome translated the Aramaic, Greek and Hebrew into the Latin Vulgate , he was going to use the LXX as the basis for (the commonly called old testament), but was convinced by his Jewish friends to use the masoretic text instead,which to this day has dominated all western translations.

One of the Consequences of this is why The roman empire rose, split and ultimately fell and devolved into the organisation called the RCC, and also why the power and glory of YHVH/YAHshua/Jesus with signs wonders, miracles manifest wherever believers were or went for the first three hundred years, declined significantly and became isolated and localised, rather than global and ever present.

And its a deep long planned lie and deception.

To access the significant and many differences download the Word or Esword, and cross compare KJV with Brentons(as a start).

Do the differences stop us from being saved and being believers? No.
Do the differences lead to false doctrines, deception, lies and confusion about events to come, the true reasons for YHVH/God dealing with Israel/the Jews as is the case, and many other significant spiritual and historical events and issues, the multitude of and proliferation of competing organisations all claiming to be the only true church(which by the way only YHVH/God truly knows)?

The difference between a religion and a cult is, in religion people worship or idolize someone who is dead i.e. mohammad, Buddha etc. In a cult people typically worship the leader....

I am going to clarify what i understand , the masoretic text, bases itself, from and on what was done at the Council of Jamnia, in the late first century AD. the Masoretic text itself is the now current form of distinctive Hebrew script, and was done between the 7th to 10th century AD.

So Jerome in making the Latin Vulgate used the Hebrew text formulated and changed at Jamnia, not the LXX/Septuagint. Which he had the choice to do, having access to both.

The Council of Jamnia is now claimed, by for example wikipedia as being fictional, with no replacement for it, and why The J ewish community believes it to be the case and source of the finalisation of the Tanakh(called by non J ews the Old testament) there are however many references to its attendees and doings from many sources, notably J ewish.

The reason for this council, was to combat the use of The LXX and J ewish scriptures it is translated from , by Christians for the first three centuries AD, to prove that YAHshua/Jesus was the Messiah, Son of God, Son of man and much more, and all that entails in scripture and prophesy.

I will later give links to detailed source of this Council of Jamnia.

Paul, YAHshua/Jesus et al, quotes from what is commonly called the old testament, in what is called the new testament, is substantial, and acknowledged.

That The Lord, The Living Word validates the LXX greek translation from the original Hebrew/Aramaic, is not just significant, its final.

So that it suited both the J ews and Rome/Jerome, for to many reasons to list this time, to bring division, separation and disempowerment of the early church is of no doubt. And the lies and deceit were compounded by other errors/lies(example the Lord, God/YHVH name in Hebrew etc).

These scribal/pharisaic deceptions were maintained and compounded during the reformation, continued and today are the cause of much error and digression amongst believers.

There are older church groups which maintained the LXX as (old testament), Orthodox churches and others.
