This technology used right now is 30 years old.

The people who are programmed are first broken with meds or in a psych. It's a combination of meds, technology and subliminal. The 5g scare is the distraction from the 30 year old bag of tricks that still seems to work perfectly. But what are all the parts in this bag o tricks?

OP, look up the term 'brain holography.' This is what people who have experienced abductions and those who claim to have worked in mil-labs alongside aliens describe when the memories of a person are erased, altered, or transferred from a host to a clone. They can access the brain in an altered state of consciousness (during sleep, for example) to implant engrams, manipulate dreams, and time-lapse a person, etc. Anyway, the point here is that the brain reportedly stores everything in holographic form, with experiences and memories creating its shape. When they tinker with it, they can literally remove it from your body and hold it in their hand as a holographic shape that can be viewed from all sides, and they can transfer this into the clone of the host body they obtain it from. This is how they are able to create clones with the same memories as the original person.
