I am not paid, I truly feel like drum and should be patrolled like coast guard does for water. There is a government all around you anyway so why does what would be visably seen freak you out more then what is "unseen"?

They circumvented those items you are concerned about being violations by building intertnational airports within a certain mileage from the border throughout the United States because there is a law about what is, allowed up to a certain distanced, within a radius of international points oif entry ie: ports airports etc
