I lost my license last week, went to replace it yesterday and the only dmv around here that does it was closed mondays, so I felt like an ass walking in, but I had a recently expired paper temp license they let me use haha. They were shutting people THE FUCK down who had no ID (and im glad) but I am supposed to be able to vote provisional ballot and they said no, and I politely insisted on a double check etc. until I pulled out that temp. they also acted like other forms of id weren't ok and I already read on my city website there were options. They just said no unless you knew your shit. The folks running it were all hella elderly and probably red too but if that had been a city dem affair it would have been heinous.

STRAIGHT RED TICKET.

Small red town of about 12k midwest, and it was PACKED 7 am. I saw loads of elderly/disabled showing up and as I left I had to wait on a couple in about their mid-40's, husband was basically carrying the wife in who was obviously dying of cancer and in serious pain. I saw the look in her eyes though. Hardcore UFC style voters out there today.

Saw obvious dems too, even at 7 am, kinda weird, especially for this town.
