Beto was only a litmus test.

They knew he would lose. They were only seeing how well he’d do against one of the reds champion senators. He did surprisingly well. They now know what type of candidate to run against trump. If beto can do this well in Texas, he’ll be the one to go up against trump. I’m in one of the most conservative cities in west Texas, and beto got more than 1/3 of the vote here. That’s incredibly troubling in such a conservative area. I have a feeling that after Trump, this country could go full on socialism. The younger generations are completely brainwashed.
