We HAVE gun control. He was a classic military mental case whom after military service had nowhere to go. That's no excuse for shooting the place up, but he was vetted before LEGALLY purchasing his pistol. He should have been seeing a shrink. According to neighbors, he had issues prior to serving. He was also married, divorced, and then lived with his mom. It's not like he had nowhere to go and desperate.
