after Florida and Arizona, it's Georgia's turn

There may be hope yet for Stacey Abrams, the Democratic candidate for governor.

The Democratic Party of Georgia tweeted Saturday evening that a "handful" of Georgia counties reported thousands of "new" absentee, early, and Election Day votes not accounted for by Republican candidate Brian Kemp.

Kemp, who resigned as secretary of state on Thursday, has asserted victory even though the race has not been called and Abrams has yet to concede.

Hey I just found a few hundred thousand Georgia ballots in my yard!

I am not even close to Georgia and I don't know how they got here, but every vote needs to be counted, every voice heard.

No, they're just putting on a show for anyone who will give her attention. There are +/- 22,000 outstanding ballots (absentee, mail-in, and military). Even if 100% of those went to Abrams (which is highly unlikely), Kemp would still have more than 50% of the vote. He resigned as Sec. State and began his transition Thursday.

Georgia has some of the most stringent election laws in the country. A candidate must win a majority (more than 50%) rather than just the plurality required by most other states. If his tally were to fall to 50.0% or below, a runoff would be required (historically, Democrats always lose runoffs).

Kemp leads with 50.3% now. If all 22,000 outstanding votes went to Abrams, he would still sit at 50.15%. In short, there will be no recount. There will be no runoff. It's over. He won. She lost.

It’s happening in New Mexico now

Republican house won it election night and gave victory speech

Demoncrap SOS called her two hours later and says we’ve found 8000 ballots

She’s told she lost by 2800 votes now
