More so when rotisserie prepared. I stopped buying store cooked poultry over that. You have to be careful with the bones before cooking as well. If you get nicked or punctured by a bone in prep before cooking, you can get problems from that in a cafeteria or at home. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |
