If people are doing this kind of thing then they are criminals and are probably known by police, and you can be sure they are doing other illegal things.

Find out what other things they are doing. Find their network/gang. Figure out their illegal activities. Where are they dealing their drugs, who are they connected to?

Common sense would assume these people would also be caught up in human trafficking, extortion, gang affiliation, laundering, infrastructure crime, drug trafficking, etc etc etc....

Get their names, get their plates, get their addresses. Throw it out there to your local police. Get the heat on them. Know them better than they know you.

IMO no gang stalkers would want to stalk someone who is stalking them.

On that note, you should still test the theory of psychosis and try an antipsychotic for a while. You always need to be humble enough to make sure that you are not mentally ill. The ability to distinguish is key, there is no shame in testing the theory.

This has to come first before believing anything that seems outlandish to others.
