Watch Healthy Crazy Cool on Youtube. He makes smoothies, dips, soups and pasta dishes. Eats a fuck ton of veg and actually makes it look tasty.

It is too hard to be a proper vegan - one of the difficulties is knowing how the soil was fertilised. Was it by nitrogen fixing plants such as clover in a fallow year that was probably used to keep animals on anyway.. Or was it manure that is the norm now. Neither are vegan.


My best advice if you have the money just by organic or straight from farm. I mean if someone keeps two goats and sells a bit of cheese from time to time where is the problem. Same with chickens.

Yes. I've bought organic veg boxes in the past from farns. Harder to find atm. The organic is glorious.
I can feel the animals suffering when I pass the food in the store. I can't have it. How about organic is it better, soil wise?

Plenty of grass in you garden isn't there op? You could always try eating that. Sprinkle it on your salads, to help stave off the hunger.
