I rescue senior dogs!

It breaks my heart when they leave me, but I love every minute I have with them!

I know. We make it as nice for them as we can. They are all eating cooked dinner tonight because one of thier familys sent thanksgiving turkey for all. Res, the heart patient's family.

I miss my dog. He passed away last summer rather quickly. He's 13. One week, he's fine. 4 days later, he's dead. :-(

You guy's may remember "Jasmine the GLP Dog", I, (I changed my account), drove down and met up with Cigar_Tigher and brought Jasmine home. The 1st month was a nightmare as I have a Pitbull & a Rott as well as 5 cats and numerous chickens that fly into the backyard.

Jasmine or as we call her Jazz, went after my cats, now she loves them, she started fights with my much bigger dogs, now they all sleep together and they look after Jazz, but she still chases my chickens when they fly into the backyard so I have to monitor her.

She is a great addition to our family. The funniest was when I introduced Jasmine to my pig Boris....she just stared, didn't make a sound and had that look like, "WTF kind of dog is that".

Yeah, I get that same feeling when I find cat puke which is often since I have a kitty with stomach issues.

Better when I find it with my eyes than my feet!

As I mentioned, I have 5 cats, there is nothing and I mean NOTHING that can prepare you for waking up in the middle of the night to "Do business in the office" and have your toes massaged with cat puke! Grrrrrrr

it just shows you have a real love for them kitties!
