I used to have an old 45 baud model 15 teletype set up to decode amateur radio RTTY.
It was a bit tricky to get it to synchronize and decode.
But it would trigger and decode sometimes even on random noise.
I read some pretty funny words decoded from pure noise.

It could deliver electricity to light bulbs on the facility's lawn with no socket to powered them. The Tesla tower was a scalar EM emitter that was powered by the Earth's ionosphere.
When energy is converted into potential scalar radio waves, it's literally undetectable until an exact matching frequency that crosses the path of the originating energy source and creates interference, which releases the potentiality of the wave and completes a type of circuit, seemingly out of thin air. The energy released can be of any duration of time, so long as the source emitters are kept active.
To put it simply, a scalar wave is the exact opposite of a laser. Lasers are coherent frequency light photons that do not interfere with one another.
Scalar frequencies on the other hand are two identical sources of radio frequency/photons that cancel one another out, thereby rendering them into a pure potential state, which they become virtually invisible and undetectable.
Here is where it gets very ominous. A small amount of energy, especially in very low frequency ranges, can release a HUGE amount of potential energy.
Low frequency EM carries a shit ton more potential energy than does ultra high frequency EM.
So this long duration seismic wave that traveled around the world smells like a scalar test to me.
I had suspicions those huge explosions that made perfect round holes in the middle of Siberia, where few people live, were tests of scalar weapons.
If we are indeed entering into the scalar era of weapons, we're fucked. Completely and utterly fucked. Because, these things can literally destroy worlds.
They have the potential to cause severe harmonic disruptions on a global scale.
