One morning we got up and saw this line of insects in our house, on the second floor no less, coming through the window and heading straight for our elderly dog. At first I thought they were ants, but they were ticks, and she was covered in them. We bathed her and removed all the ticks, then sprayed to kill or at least repel them, and kept the window shut. It never happened again, but it was a surprise to us that they'd climb all the way up to the second floor to come after our dog in our house. |
