Knew a girl that fits this description. Purple hair, 350+lbs maybe 4 bills, LOUD and entitled, etc etc. Needless to say she got fired from a taco joint within a week of getting hired and then fired from subway 3-4 days after being hired. Never once would she admit any wrongdoing. No clue what happened to her. Probably antifa now.

There’s rarely ever a good reason to hire a women over a man unless it’s for a position that requires a pretty face. If the women is of child rearing age she will likely take off a year or more to have kids and will want her job back leaving you with either firing or promoting their replacement. They flirt and create gossip.. lots of gossip and eventually do dumb stuff like date within your company which leads to one or both of the couple leaving when the relationship ends and now they are radicalized so you have the possibility of a multimillion dollar lawsuit and loss of brand/business image if they decide to turn on your company and claim they were harassed or told an off color joke that no one else would of batted and eye at.

The same goes for trans and flamboyant gays, it’s just an unneeded addition to a business. The upside is not there, the down side is. In today’s market it likely doesn’t matter since the pickings are slim, but just wait until the market goes back to one in favor of businesses hiring. Good bye!

Random story. When I was in the oil fields I trained a lot of people. High turnover so always new faces. Had a woman and a man both come out to train within a few months of each other. The woman was from a small town in Oklahoma somewhere and the Man was from DFW Texas. Long story short this woman was an absolute work horse. Never had 1 issue with her pulling her weight or any sort of complaints about the job difficulty. She was a nasty gal I might add. No showers, ripped ass and laughed her ass off, bad breath, talked nasty etc. The "man" on the other hand was very feminine and soft spoken. Got flustered when his clothes or nails got dirty, complained often of the people and how disgusting they were. She went on to make good money and climb the ranks in a tough industry. He lasted about 1 week. Might add it turned out he was a gay guy. Not sure why I am sharing this or for what purpose but it came to mind.

I said this shit years ago, Women are law suiting their asses right out of a job...I would not hire either....its risk management. And if you hire all Women, they are a nightmare to manage because they always bicker and fight..
